How Does The Cooking Class Work
You will learn how to prepare and cook many favorite Thai dishes from our extensive list of recipes such as Tom Yum (Spicy Hot Noodle Soup w/ Pork, Chicken or Seafood), Pad Med-Mamuang Hin Mapan (Stir Fried Rice & Cashew Nuts w/ Pork, Chicken or Seafood), Pad Khino (Stir Fried Rice & Ginger w/ Pork, Chicken or Seafood) and Pad Ga-Pao (Stir Fried Rice w/ Pork, Chicken or Seafood).
Classes are completely hands-on, encouraging you to practice Thai cooking techniques. Our Thai instructors will introduce you to Thai cuisines and explain the delicious dishes you will be cooking, before explaining you details about the fresh Thai ingredients you will need for your dishes.
Once you are ready, there will be a cooking demonstration with tasting samples. At your personal cooking station, our team will guide you through the recipe step-by-step as you cook the dish.
At the end of the class, a delicious full-course meal prepared by you, will be set up for lunch at our magnificent roof-top pool restaurant overlooking Rawai beach. The place is famous for it’s infinity looking swimming pool, placed exactly in front of the restaurant tables.
